Awareness and Healing for Pornography, Rape, and Child Sex Trafficking

The Red Jeans Redemption and Scarlet Cord  are site-specific art installations that confront the realities of pornography, rape, and child sex trafficking while amplifying survivor stories of healing and resilience. Through gallery-style paintings, commissioned exhibits, and presentations with film, these projects raise awareness and invite dialogue. Their interactive elements give audiences a chance to engage personally—writing, reflecting, and responding—creating a powerful space for empathy, connection, and hope.

RED JEANS REDEMPTION

Red Jeans Redemption gives voice to the hidden stories—handwritten on red jeans by anonymous survivors of sexual abuse and rape, alongside pieces created by sex trafficking survivors from Sacred Beginnings.

U.S. military veterans expanded the exhibit by sharing their stories of hardship, resilience, and the journey toward hope and healing through the jeans.
